OK, I am doing Strength Training M/W/F using my Bowflex and thei routines, and then Spinning (indoor cycling) on T and Thurs.
Now if I can't work out on Wed is it a bad Idea to "double up" on thurs by doing WT first then Cardio second? or is it wiser just to use that wed as a Rest day and stick to the routine?
