is it ok at 1-2am?

im simply dying nd no energy during days. i dont like days at all. nights my time.

when is it the best to exercise?

i need to loose 40 lbs (20 kg) in totall and ASAP, should i start exercising after ive lost some weight or start now bcs body adapts to exercise making it not that effective which is totally not needed at all bcs ive tried everything nd exersise is sort of my last resolve. plan is after i loose fat i give a real kick to left most stubborn fat with exercise nd then it works tht way. but what do u think?

also what can i do at home in my room thats super fat burning? i dont care abt muscle tht much, i just need fat/mass off

just dont say yoga, yea its rly effective for making u sleep but thats kinda not what i need..

Start now.

The best time of day to exercise is the time you will do it - and not just plan on doing it and then not bothering... It has to fit into your lifestyle and be something that you can do.

Some people like to get up early and exercise really early at for instance 5 a.m.

Some people go to the gym during the day - or on their way to / from work or school...

Evenings and nights are popular...

Some people are still exercising really late by most people's standards...

It just depends on how you live your life - as we are all different.

For myself - I dance a lot as a major form of exercise (and often use my step count to judge appropriate levels)...
It is quite normal for me to be dancing until 2 a.m. or later... I notched up over 30,000 steps one day last week...
The form of dancing that I do is particularly good because there are parts when you have to engage your core muscles (e.g when being spun round fast or dipped)...

Things that you can do at home in your room include DVDs or walking / running on a treadmill if you have (or can get) one.
If you do not have any exercise DVDs - there may well be exercise channels - effectively broadcasting exercises which you can record or do...
Even walking up and down your stairs repeatedly will bring tons of benefits.
Play some music that makes you want to move - and move to it...

If you have a garden or yard you can do things like get a skipping rope and skip... That is a brilliant form of exercise.
Jumping will do it too.

Initial weight training exercises - with the moves available on all sorts of websites (including on our sister site) can be done at home. http://www.fitness.com/exercises/

People with very limited funds to spend can find weights to use from things simply around the house... Things like different sizes of bottles filled up with sand can make things of different weights which can be moved in different ways.

Some exercises utilise the weight of your body and you do not need separate weights at all...

You can exercise your core muscles simply by squeezing them in.

hm i have only my room pretty much, and going out to run at the night wont be good idea bcs id like to return home too and floor is like paper thin so i cant do jumping type too much either unfortunately. i dont have treadmils or any like that nd stairs are too complicated here. stretching, weights and yoga type i rly cant stand..

so ill just be doing this

and maybe something else similar..

thnx for input, its a evenings then

The only time of the day that is best to exercise is the time you can keep exercising at on a consistent basis. There is no evidence that proves that working out at a certain time of the day is better than any other time. But there are a lot of exercises that prove that working out on a consistent basis is optimal for your health.
