is bread healthy????

is bread a healthy thing to eat daily... if so how much i have two i eat these are the ingredece:
1) rye :: wholerye kernels,rye flr, barly,linseed,yeast,sesame,water
2)Sprouted , wheat,barly,oats,corn,linseed,yeast,water and sunflower oil




do you think it is okay to eat a slice of these eat day???

The bread itself is not unhealthy at all, especially the bread you are describing. However, that said, anything in excess can be bad for you. The only things you needs to really consider are:
1- how much bread are you eating each day?
2- What (and how much of it) are you putting on that bread each day?

For example, peanut butter has more than 100 calories per tablespoon, and based on the way I "used" to eat peanut butter, it wouldnt have mattered how healthy the bread was, the calories from the peanut butter and margarine were making me fat. Bottom line.

Also whole wheat & all grain breads are healthier options. U can make ur own low cal filling.
 
so if i had 2-3 slices each day?/// would that be okay , i really dont feel full unless i have some at my meals?
