So in the last 6 months my eating habits have been all over the map. Some days im more hungry than others, and other days I can hardly eat at all.. My eating habits are making it hard for me to plan out meals. I can't eat when im not hungry. I only end up eating breakfast, something small for lunch, a little snack here and there and then dinner which I never eat all of. But the funny thing is too when I eat and get full, half hour later my stomach feels empty. Is this something I should talk to my doctor about?? What do you all think.
