Hello! I haven't really blogged before but I figure this will help me with staying on track with my weight lose. My new years resolution was to focus on myself this year, and so far so good! I wake up at 6:45 every morning take my little sister to school then hit the gym for some cardio. I've been at it for about 2 week and already seeing results. The thing i struggle most with is staying motivated, so any helpful hints would be awesome!

Welcome to the site! I joined about 3 days ago so it's still pretty confusing lol I wish you the best of luck with your weight lose. It's a very tough road to be on but totally worth it! Thank you! I'm swearing by interval training :]
 
okay you have made a very good resolution in the new year. As you have stated you are hitting the gym very hard. Just concentrate on your proper diet as well. You will definitely achieve your goal.
