Hello! I haven't really blogged before but I figure this will help me with staying on track with my weight lose. My new years resolution was to focus on myself this year, and so far so good! I wake up at 6:45 every morning take my little sister to school then hit the gym for some cardio. I've been at it for about 2 week and already seeing results. The thing i struggle most with is staying motivated, so any helpful hints would be awesome!
