Introduction: Maxim_Macabre

Hello WorldFitness Training Forum,

I'm Sixteen years old, 6 Feet Tall and approximately 140 pounds/63 Kilograms.
Last year I lost about forty pounds and from here on out I am hoping to lose the majority of what remains of my body fat in areas such as my hips and arse.

After which my goal is to build lean muscle. I'll probably start a log as I usually do on most forums.

6' & 140lbs? Is that a real photo of you in your avatar?

Don't bother with losing more weight, you're too thin as it is, try filling your frame out with muscle
 
Thats the Idea. I already have a large amount of muscle on my legs and thighs but it is covered in a layer of fat and by losing weight I was referring to this.
 
Well, all I was trying to get at is that at 6’ and 140lbs there isn’t enough of you to have any significant level of fat or muscle to start with. Maybe you’re seeing fat that isn’t really there. Why not try posting some pictures to get an independent view of your body
 
Basically i say bulk the f**k up! Im 6'2" @ around 220lbs.

And i dont even look obese or anything, fair enough i do want to reduce some BF, but 200lbs is the lowest ill probably go.

Maxim, I agree with Typhon. I'd post some pictures if I were you, since at 140 lbs you can't have that much on you, it's probably just that you don't have very much muscle on you so that the skin and small amount of fat you have doesn't take any form.
