Hello. I'm here because I want to get back to my pre pregnancy weight (147) or at least close to that. I set my goal at 150 for now. I am at 179 right now. Since February, I've lost 10 lbs. That was just by diet though. I've started going to the gym a little over a month ago. I've been sticking to it, too! I'm having horrible trouble with caffeine/sodas. That's how I lost the first 10 lbs. I drank water and orange juice exclusively. I ate more healthy than normal then too. It was for a contest, and the winners (of a 3-5 member group) got 1000$. My group did not win but it was still worth while.
I've had two babies. With the first baby, I gained 65 lbs!! I lost it ALL too. Then gained about twenty back. I was at 167 when I got pregnant with my second child. I gained 45 lbs then.
Right now, my diet includes:
::Breakfast: Special K usually, once a week cinnamon toast crunch.
unsweetened tea with splenda (if there is no tea i just wait til i get to work and grab a soda. and a banana (rarely the banana because im too full)
::Break: Yogurt and water
::Lunch: vegetable soup or chicken noodle soup with about a half of a pack of crackers (yeah I need to work on that part)

inner: (this is where im doing horrible) some nights we eat pork chops with peas and corn and bisquits. some nights we eat fast food. some nights we just fend for ourselves and for me that usually includes a sandwich, or soup.
My husband and I are both very picky eaters, so we don't switch up the foods we eat a lot.
My workout routine:
I've just now worked my way up from 10 mins of cardio to 25, I plan on upping that again soon.
Usually the ab machine, I do 10, because that's all I can do. hah.
The big tall thing where you do pullups and pushups. I do ten of each.
That's pretty much it. But I do that at least 3x a week. Usually it's 5-6 times a week.
This past week, because of working circumstances, the children, and being sick I have not went ONCE. I'm starting back again tonight. I've been pretty antsy to get back to the gym, so.. that's good, right?
