Hi everyone, I'm Marissa
Right now, I feel just awful about my appearance. I hate leaving the house because I feel so grossly fat but staying locked up inside all day is just causing me to eat more and more. I've been trying to lose weight for 5 years now and I've either lost weight then gained it all back, or didn't even lose any in the first place. I am truly embarrassed to be this weak. So I'm looking for advice from those with a little more self-discipline than myself (that's everyone probably). How on earth do I lose weight? Which diets have worked for you? How do you have sufficient willpower not to binge day in day out?

Additional information: I do quite a lot of exercise, it's the eating part I fail with so I'm looking for advice concerning eating not concerning exercise
