Yup - another newbie, so here's my background information.
My names Michelle, I'm 17, from the Uk, 5 ft 5 and have recently lost 47lbs.. I'm now at my target weight!
So why am I here? Well, I've joined this forum because I want to give as much advice and support as I can to those losing weight, I know how hard it can be when you have to keep motivated and strong and a little help goes a long way!
Also, I wanted to be of any help for people suffering with PCOS who are trying to lose weight but are disheartened. I myself have had PCOS for 4 years as well as IBS and a thyroid condition.. if nothing else I'm proof that you CAN lose weight and keep it off with these conditions!
Anyone willing to change their lifes for the better deserves extreme respect in my book, I look forward to posting in threads and hearing from anyone who wants to chat!
