Hey everyone. My real name is Ryan. I have recently lost about 12 pounds in 1 month by just drinking a lot more water and walking at least 3 times a week for about 2 miles. I am 5' 8 and about 214 pounds right now. I also have a very large bone frame and I think I would look perfect around 185 pounds. If anybody has something else that could help me even more with losing weight, please let me know. But I think if I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, walk at least 3 times a week for 2 miles I think I might be just fine. Anyways, if anybody has any advice please let me know.
