Hello everyone! My name is Kristen and I'm 21 years old! I came here to get some support from everyone in my weight loss journey.

I'm not really quite sure where to start with all of this so any suggestions made would be appreciated!

I'm 160 right now, my butt, stomach, and thighs are the big problem that I'd like to lose. To be happy I'd love to lose 40 pounds by the holidays!

I've been eating totally horrible for the past 2 years and have gained a lot of weight but am looking to turn that all around. Seems like everything I have gained has went to my thighs, hips, and butt!

So, suggestions would be appreciated!

I'd like to keep my calories around 1,000 a day and try and find a work out routine appropriate!

Hello everyone!!!! I'm new here as of today!

I'm 5'3" and 160 pounds =( I don't think of myself as "fat" but I do have MAJOR problem areas! Which seems to be my hips, butt, and thighs!

I'd like to lose 40 pounds before the new year! and keep my diet around 1,000 calories a day!

I'm really down on myself lately as of much weight, but it's all up from here!

I'm open to suggestions and diet plans. thanks so much!
 
Your besyt place to start is by reading the stickied threads around the forum-

start in nutrition and work on getting an appropriate amount of calories for you to consume -the stickied threads will guide you in that direction - 1000 calories isn't it...

Then move to exercise

After reading -do ask questions
