HI everyone!
I've had enough of my weight and I've come here hoping to meet others so that we can support each other towards our weight loss goals.
I'm 30 years old, 5'8 and a bit and weigh 154lbs, that's 70kgs and 172cms. I would like to weigh 132lbs.
3 years ago, I went from 75 kgs to 67kgs using weightwatchers and I've managed to keep it off. Now, I'm not working and I've just watched the weight creep on. I want to stop it now before it gets too out of hand.
I went to the gym everyday for one month (February) and gained 2 kgs. This was doing a mixture of cardio (running on the treadmill) and resistance training. I know I've put on some muscle but still...I should have dropped a little weight surely? I do feel fitter, but I'm actually a little depressed when hopping on the scales after all the hard work and I"m heavier!
I'm thinking my eating is what is in my way. The weight loss I had with WW's was without exercise (only light walking every other day).
That's my story - I'm going to read through the posts and get set-up. If there's anyone out there who wants to write to me, please do, I'd love to hear how you're losing weight.
Have a great day!
