Introducing myself here

Hi everyone, I am a newcomer to these forums and just wanted to say HI.

I have been around some other forums for a while, and I have a decent knowledge of diet, training, and supplements.

I look forward to learning and sharing my advice here!

Gonna hop on board and also introduce myself. In the last 2 years I have used a bodybuilding/powerlifting hybrid weight training approach with cardio and diet to drop from 322 to 258 while gaining strength and mass while losing body fat. I will be repping for Ageforce here but more than anything, hope I can be helpful to this community.
