I'm a 24 year old 267 pound husband and father who's here to lose some weight and regain some confidence.

I'm going to be counting calories and exercising regularly.

You might check out the sticky threads on both exercise and nutrition for some tips to help reach your goals. And I would suggest starting a diary so that we here can get to know you better and so that you can track your progress.

Me too. Looking to loose some weight and feel good about myself again. Just joined and it looks like there is going to be a lot here to keep us up on ideas and hopefully motivation as well. Welcome and good luck!
