Introducing me....Smalls

Just wanted to say Hello to everyone. I'm new to the forum, and plan on spending a lot of time on here finding new information and getting hints on new workouts.

Just wanted to start off saying that I'm a 22 year old college student who recently started working out a lot. I'm not new comer to working out but I've just started taking it seriously recently, about 49 days ago to be exact. I'm running at least a mile a day and my ultimate goal is 2632 days in a row...that's a while away, but if Cal can play that many games in a row, I could do a measly mile.

As well as running, I'm working out as well doing back/bis, chest/tris, legs almost every day, alternating muscle groups. I've been taking a lot of protein to build my muscle, as well as cutting down on my sweets and other bad foods.

So that's a little about me.
