Intro!

I've already made a few posts, but I thought I would formerly introduce myself!

I started running about a month ago... my distance is still pitifully small, I can only run about 1.2 miles. But it only takes me about 9-10 minutes to finish, which I guess is an improvement from my 12 minute mile from when I began running. This summer I've made up my mind to get into better shape, as it would do me a world of good. I'm still fighting an eating disorder (I'm winning) for which I was hospitalized more than a year ago, which ruined my bones and a lot of other things...

My summer goals are to build better eating habits, gain some muscle, and just improve myself all around. I'll probably be asking a lot of questions, as I've already asked a couple.

Glad to have found such a great forum!

Stats:
almost 17 years old (less than a month :) )
~106 lbs (our scale broke! which is kind of a blessing, as I tend to fixate upon it)
