AHey all,

I'm a relatively new mom, my baby turned 1 this past weekend. I want to lose this weight I have gained. I am ashamed to say that while pregnant I lost about 15lbs due to the nausea & throughtout my entire pregnancy I only gained 12lbs. After giving birth I was actually thiner than what I was before I got pregnant. While on maternity leave I actually lost more weight (an additional 18lbs) I was feeling quite good about myself. Then when I went back to work, I gained every single pound back. Ugh! I am hating myself & then I engage in self destructive behavior by not eating right & getting active. Help!
