Hello everyone. I've just ran accross this site and look forward to focusing on my weightloss journey and hopefully partaking in some of your successes and encouragement as well. Weightloss is not new to me. I've been bouncing back and forth pretty much all my life.. at almost 33, I'm on a mission to be at a "happy"weight by my 35th birthday. That is going to take me on a journey of shedding 85 more pounds. I've managed to rid myself of 15 lbs before joining here. (grand total 100lbs!). I'm hoping by giving myself 2 full years to accomplish my goal I'll be able to take my time and lose it the healthy, lifestyle change way that leads to keeping it off once and for all. Too many times I've set unrealistic (lose 50lbs in 3 months) type goals that always end up with pounds seeping their way back onto my framework.
I'm very happy that I recently quit smoking (day 8), just another small accomplishment I hope to keep up with.
Enough of my ramblings I hope to get to know you all and look forward to many great discussions and sharing of tips, ideas, laughs, tears and whatever else may come!
