Intro to the Group

Greetings:
I'm 46 years old and don't find dropping those 4 extra pounds of winter weight as easy as it used to be. I actually have to DIET. Ugh. That 4 letter word.
I have 6 lbs I'd like to lose. I am a normal weight and keep in that range by effort and desire. I'm here with like minded individuals who are motivated to be fit and healthy.
I like to walk, hike and ride my bike - favorite forms of exercise. It's motivating to hear about others successes and I like to post how I'm doing to meet my goals for the day. Hopefully there's a place for that. I'm still getting this forum figured out.
I'm looking forward to being a part of the group.:jump:
 
How I did today

Oh, I forgot to say. My goal is to eat between 1300 and 1500 calories/day. Today I had just below 1500. I went for an 85 minute bike ride. It was a beautiful day.:rotflmao:
