Hey everyone, I've been browsing these forums for a couple of hours and it seems like the perfect place to learn a bit about living a healthy life through exercise and eating correctly.
It's a good thing that I finally found a free community that cares about something other than selling some miraculous product that will only mess up with my budget (which is not at all bulky to begin with).
I'm looking forward to starting an exercise & diet journal, but only to begin with here are my stats and goals:
Age: 22
Height: 173 cm - 5'8'' approx.
Weight: 69 kg - 152.11 pounds approx.
BF%: ~15 (Last time I checked was 3 months ago, and I've lost 5 pounds since that, I guess/hope it's gone down)
I joined a gym 4 weeks ago and I go an average of 4 times a week to try and get in decent shape (A.K.A. not get floppy arms and legs, eliminate my love-handles and prevent a second chin) first, then I want to get strength, muscle toning and a one digit BF%.
I wish to learn from all of you guys, and that you can learn from me. Nice to be here, see ya around!
