workout 3x per week with personal trainer

Just got back into best shape of life (since jr. high) over the last year.

Question 1: Suggestions re best forum to discuss fitness topics that apply to folks my age. Specifically is there a forum that discusses the not so subtle challenges that working out in your 40's and 50's presents?

Glad to see you here. I am approaching 50 myself (to be 46). lool forward to working with you on the forum. You may have to ask a moderator on whether they allow revert back to websites in signature line, but as far as I know, if its for a good cause, and would assist someone. it is fine. But do ask
 
This is a good place. I like it because it makes me feel younger, and I WANT to help the younger generation, and instill the "importance of the power of the mind", and if I can affect JUST ONE in the right and correct manner, than I have met my goals. In my heart and soul, all I want to do is assist others to better themselves and reach their goals. Some may not always agree with me, but this is healthy as it is based on the same format.

I havent sought out any same age places, but if you google it, I am sure you will find a place or two
