Hi all! I have been really reading the forums today. I have been making LOTS of replies to posts. People might read my posts/replies and wonder why I am even here, or if I think I know EVERYTHING.
I want to head this off right up front.
I am 40. I have been up and down with my weight my whole life. I have gained lots, lost lots, gained again, lost again... you get it.
I have tried MANY diets, and that is why I have lots of info and insight to share. I am here because I need to lose. I am very overweight at this point. After a very complicated pregnancy with lots of bedrest, post partum depression, and general lack of motivation, I have ballooned!! I know what to do. I just wasn't doing it.
I am now back on track, and ready to do work! I have lost 3 pounds in my first 5 days. I just FINALLY got motivated!
I have done WW, atkins, medical weight loss, calorie counting, suzanne sommers, don lemmon, the rice diet, clean eating, pills... I have tried MOST methods. That is where my insight on programs comes from.
I have talked to people from gym employees to professional body builders and figure competitors about how to exercise correctly. That is where that info comes from. I just want to pass on my knowledge.
