Hi everyone I’m very excited to be apart of this forum!!!!! I’m currently doing intermittent fasting anyone els try this?
i've discovered that if you eliminate overly processed foods from your diet, pretty much everything that's left is good for you. despite what some people claim, sugar is the real enemy of the people. if you're averse to eating much meat, getting complete proteins is more important than getting enough.
frankly no sugar is good for you, not that it does not have a use. in times when there was no constant supply of food as there is today in most of the world's developed countries, sugar in fruit was a way fat could be stored for leaner times. that use for fruit is long gone as a necessity. today if you do eat fruit, it is best to eat a whole fruit and avoid fruit juice. both are fructose but the juice is devoid of any fiber. next time you have a glass of orange juice, think about the fact that it is likely the worst part, simply the sugar, of 10 or more oranges..... Natural sugars that are found in fresh fruit are good for you in the right amounts.
i must be lucky.... i eat my favorite food every day!I am still on diet but I eat my favorite food once a week.
