Interesting study about chocolate making you eat less!

I found an interesting study out of the University of Copenhagen that says eating dark chocolate before a meal will make you eat less than if you were to each milk chocolate. I thought this would be a benefit to those of you, like me, who refuse to give up chocolate on a diet! I don't know if it works, but I thought you might want to check it out! link removed

I honestly think it's crap! The medical industry will do anything to make a buck! It is lovely idea though. .LOL can you imagine sitting down for a meal and saying darn I forgot to put the chocolate on the table. .ha ha ha
