Intense Cardio and weights?

I have lost over 20 pounds

i do cardio 3 times a week and weights 3 times

my question is

I do cardio and weights alternating days

am i burning muscle instead of fat

I have lost of belly fat to lose still

I am eating right balancing carbs and protien and healthy fats

when will my arms start to bulk

or should i slack off on cardio after the belly fat is gone and start bulking then

or just stay the course and my body will balance itself

How do you propose we figure this out? We know nothing about your stats, your nutritional status, etc. Simply lifting weights 3 times per week and running 3 times per week in and of itself isn't going to "burn" muscle.

In your mind, what is the "right balance" of carbs, protein and fats?

What about calories?

If you're dieting, they probably won't. Muscle growth requires a caloric surplus in general. Dieting requires a deficit.
 
let me rephrase that

I eat right i don't diet

I eat healthy

i take it 2 protein shakes a day

about 25 grams of protein and 40+ grams of carbs for breakfast lunch

at dinner i take it protein+ carbs and greens and alternate fish and tuna threw the week for omega 3

and protein shakes in between

I rest on Sundays

i am prolly about 2000+ calories a day plus i drink water with every meal and dont drink anything but water
