Increasing Weight

I weight train regularly. Periodically I increase the amount of weight I am lifting, but I am wondering when do I stop adding weight?

I am doing 35 lb dumbells bench presses, 45 lb dumbell lateral rows, 50lb barbell lateral raises, 20 lb dumbell hammer curls, 70 push-ups and 15lb tricept kickbacks (this would be a typical Monday workout. I change up my weight lifting routine every day and alternate upper and lower body with one day of exclusive core strengthening).

I am not a guy, to continue to increase weights seems kinda excessive. I don't see any other women lifting the amounts I lift, not even the ones who have been working with trainers, so I question how much/often I am supposed to increase my weight. Most of the serious gals in my gym look good and some with less BF than I have nice definition.

Just FYI- I don't look bad or bulky and I could stand to lose about 2% of body fat, but I don't really sweat that. I am also training for a triathlon so I am getting plenty of cardio. I am 37 yo, 145 lb, 5'6".

Basicly, you should up the weight when you can. If your not lifting the most you can (with good form) then you are simply not getting the most out of your workout.

Instead of upping the weight you might want to consider adding more reps.

If your weight is to light for the sets and reps you are wanting to do and you are not strugling on your last few reps than you should try an increase in weight of 5-10% so that your last few reps are very hard and you are going to almost failure on your last rep, so you get the most out of your workout. If you are worrying about bulking up, adding the weight won't add a noticible bulk as long as you keep high reps on your sets.
