Increasing exercise means increasing calories?

I want to add more exercise into my routine, but I know I have to add more calories to my diet and I don't wanna do that, I have trouble enough eating enough of the calories I have to have now. So what will happen if I don't increase my calories? Will my body automatically go into starvation mode and stop losing fat???

From what ive read, exercise isnt just to burn calories on the spot, but it also keeps your metabolism going and tells your body that you are not starving. I dont think you would have to increase your calorie intake if you exercise again. I personally try not to go under 1800 calories per day, but then again im not a trained nutritionist or fitness expert.

Howdy CFL - my spark calories go up every time I increase my scheduled activity. Not sure what happens with that but I know that to build muscle, you really needs those calories otherwise the muscle with begin to break down. .. i think..lol

I'll have to keep an eyes this thread cause I was just wondering what would happen myself.
