Hey everyone,
I'm 22, recently graduated, and over the past two years I've gone down from 200 lbs to about 160lbs. I'd like to reach about 135. Lately though I can't seem to get my act in gear. I do fine for a couple of days, and then I'll have a cookie and all of the sudden it spirals into an all out eating binge. I can't stop myself from eating! I know what I'm doing is destructive and that I'm at the risk of puting all the weight on again, but it seems I have no control. I've already gained about 8lbs in the past few months. It certainly doesn't help that I live with three twenty somethings whose idea of healthy eating is ramen, cheese drenched microwavable dinners and ice cream.
I figured I'd have better luck if I talk to other people who understand what I'm going through and can give me some support. I want to be ready to change and really commit to this once and for all, and I look forward to journey. Thank you!
