In need to lose weight, burn fat and define muscle.

Hello, currently I'm 70 kg and have a height of 1.83 meters, I work out 3-4 days a week, usually weight lifting doing 4 sets of 12-15 reps per exercise, and lately I've been gaining weight, (I know, due to the fact that I'm doing weights and eating the same amount or even more calories than the ones I burn) but my goal is to be as I was like 4 months ago, with a lean body at about 68 kg, thing is recently it's been really hard for me to lose the weight gained, as I do not want to gain weight, but only define pure lean muscle and burn fats, so which would be a good exercise-dieting plan to reduce 2 kg burning and defining?
