I have lost so much weight. I was 156 lbs. about a year ago, and now I'm about 137.
However, I am not SEEING the results. I still see the same old fat on my stomach, the same old rolls... What's going on?
I don't really exercise. However, I eat EXTREMELY well. That's what made me lose the weight. But I'm not seeing results, so what should I do? Should I do sit-ups everyday or something? How can I actually LOSE this fat so that it's not on my body? Is there a way to convert fat into muscle? Please someone help me
