I had a thread started with my before pics but for some reason I can't find it sooo guess I'll do this lol..

In the first pic I think I was around 200...the last 2 are this past week at 165...still a long way to go!

Congrats on your weight loss, so far! But I still don't know where you're carrying that weight because I can't see it in the pictures?
 
thanks..I don't know..i have a belly..its not huge but its there and the inside of my thighs need work..im guessing thats where because I know im no where near done yet! but running has been changing my body a lot
 
Congrats C0rtney you look amazing!! Your pre- and mid- weights are similar to my own- you really look fabulous:)

How long did it take you to get to this point and what kinds of things were you doing?
 
thank you...I started in December..horrible time to start because of the holidays lol...i just really watch what I eat but the difference for me this time and why I think I've been sticking with it is I don't deprive myself. I love chocolate so if I want it I have it. As far as working out goes I really am not the best at knowing what to do but I wanted to start running. I run atleast 4 miles every day now on the treadmill and just crunches and different machines here and there but really what I think is taking the weight off is the running which i absolutely LOVE to do now!
 
Wow really awesome change! I think depriving yourself can be the worse too but I literally cannot get a big bag of candy or else I have to eat it in one sitting.. My fiance tells me I should go slow but I think I just need to buy a candy when I want it and I should walk to the store so it shows that I want it enough lol

Tally--I know exactly what you mean. I don't keep things like that in my house or I will eat it more often then I would like. I do usually have a bag of semi sweet chocolate chips and usually have a handful of those and then go put them out of sight lol
 
I wish I was 145 already! I'm having a start to my week where im feeling like I haven't lost anything :/
 
Awesome job!!! I started at your weight, and I began hitting the gym, and changing my diet at the beginning of Jan! I only WISH that i would look like you! -35lbs in 2.5 months is AMAZING! Congrats! You've been doing such a fabulous job...

okay..now...tell me your secrets!!!!!! :)
 
Tik thanks so much...I've been busting my butt at the gym lol. I go 6 days a week most of the time and honestly I just credit it to running. I feel like it really pushes my body and its really easy to see progress since you can control your speed. I still wish it would just fall off though, some days I feel like I do all this work for nothing. I guess its hard to see you lost weight especially when you have a negative image of yourself in your head.

Good luck though and stick with it!

Thanks for the tips! You look amazing! And I only wish I could get your results...and now that I know your routine- I'm going to try it out!

Going to the gym 6 days a week is awesome! That takes effort and determination! I find I can get there about 4-5 days, but I know I should go 6!!
