Important question

My friend rapidly lost around 30 pounds in a very little time. She used to eat very lttle calories and excercise ontop of it. She was almost anneroxic. She stopped doing it but she still hasent gotten her period for about 4 to 5 months now. She went to the doctor and right now they told her to eat more and go to fitday.com and record calories, and other stuff. So she went their but doesnt know how much protein, fiber, etc she should be getting. Her family told her not to exercise until she gets her period back. So my question is how much she of calories protein, fiber, etc she sould be getting to get back her period and also to maintain weight?
And what helps thicken blood? Her blood is prob. very thin.

hate hearing story like this. I don't know much about the female menstrual system, but I know that for males doctors and nutritionists generally recommend a 40%/30%/30% ratio for Carbs/Protein/Fat.

I could only imagine it's similiar for females, but don't quote me on that. I wish your friend well.

How would u count 40%/30%/30%, do u look at the nutrition information and count the percentages.

And what do u mean by her stats LV? do u want to know her weight, height and etc.

Plus does protein thicken blood?
