Hi everyone, I actually joined the forum a couple weeks ago but haven't posted much, going to start getting more involved in the community.
I have been lifting weights off and on for sports for about 8 months now. I play Football, Basketball, Soccer, and I run Cross-Country sometimes.
For the past month or so I have taken going to the gym more serious, and I have gotten ahold of myself and really have been strict on my diet for the most part. (No fast-food, sugary items like ice cream, cake or cookies) I eat honey-nut granola bars, sometimes cereal and for breakfast usually chicken or steak fajita (seasoned) I try to eat as much carbs as I can, so I can bulk up (I usually just run it off)
