I've posted here before about having an obsession with coutung calories, fat, sugar grams etc. I won't go into it all again but basically I'm now 5foot 4 or 5, 26, female and 110 pounds at my lowest.
Alternating between 7stone 12 and 8stone 2.
I'm happy with the way I look apart from the saggy skin and cellulite but some of that has gone on some parts of my body and got worse on others. I don't wanna get back the wrinkles and bumps etc I lost and don't wanna pile it on. but people are all telling me I must eat more and put on a few pound.
People are eveb starting to ask bhind my back if I'm anorexic.
Anyway, I know to put weight on eating mostly junk food isn't gonna do any good. I need to eat more calories of good foods.
I am trying to eat fruit instead of desserts at least once a day and snacking on a few grapes inbeteeen meals cos I got a constant sugar addiction since losing alot and eating weight watchers desserts etc.
I want to gain more muscle than anythibg to put the weight on and look firmer and better. So eggs, milk, chicken etc.
I will start this asap. Problem is with everything that's been going on lately (won't go into it) I been rather lazy. I am up and about and I do my half hour on wii fit or treadmill daily but Monday I had a small grilled chicken shish kebab from the kebab shop with no Mayo or anythibg...just pitta and salad. Then a weight watchers dessert on top of what else I had that day.
The next day I had half of another kebab (the same) and a slice of cake which turned out to be probably about two or three times the serving for one person which then took me over the fat and sugar intake without anythibg else I had that day. The calories were fine but was still a big jump from what I normally have even though I was in the recommended daily limit.
My husband cut the cake. Then yesterday I had the other half of the kebab.
Today i had another slice of the same cake but much smaller and I'm gonna have a weight watchers hot choc pudding.
I'm trying to relax, enjoy myself and eat what I want. I know the kebabs healthy cos it's grilled and hasn't any mayo etc but the cake isn't. Apart from one or two desserts a day (usually ranging from 6-11 g sugar) and a few times a week I have one which is 22-25g sugar I don't eat any other sugar apart from in any fruit or milk and always make sure I'm in my limit.
I've had a bad few days. My husband said it's ok cos it'll be a shock to my system and won't make me pile it on all of a sudden and I won't gain loads of weight or any of the weight back from before, plus more in a matter of data, weeks or months.
I'm gonna still have my desserts (light choice and weight watchers) cos i enjoy them. but can I have what I want alternating the quantities as long as I'm within my limit, eveb reaching my limit of say sugar and fat a day?
I heard if you even have one day where your calories take a huge rise compared to what you're used to you'll pile it on either straight away or in time.
I like desserts after a meal or fruit. But then there's the insulin thing. So don't eat fruit after a meal or a yogurt, low far mousse/pudding etc?
How underweight am I? I'm feeling really tired but I thibk it's cos I been getting up hours earlier than I'm used to last few days. I don't want to fall into a trap. Plus I like lying down with my meals, especially desserts. I don't eat breakfast lying down but after doing housework or when relaxing I like to get comfy and warm. There will be digestion issues I know, but it's a myth about weight gain/fat?
