I'm So Serious This Time!! NEWBIE

Hey everybody I'm new to the forum!!!:newbie: I recently started this serious weight loss mission. Its been a week and so far I'm down 3lbs due to the 5-6 day cardio and strength training!!!:D I'm eating more veggies and making myself eat breakfast, by any means necessary:ack2:.My goal is to drop from 166 to 115. I'm barely 5'3". Which will pop me back in to a healthy BMI. Good luck to everyone!!!:seeya:

hey sorry for the late reply, my computer crashed on me this weekend!! I do about 30 min on the elliptical or 30 min on treadmill. But this week I'm going to step it up and do 30 min of elliptical and 15 min of treadmill. Just to push it to the limit.:hurray:
