Hey everybody I'm new to the forum!!!
I recently started this serious weight loss mission. Its been a week and so far I'm down 3lbs due to the 5-6 day cardio and strength training!!!
I'm eating more veggies and making myself eat breakfast, by any means necessary
.My goal is to drop from 166 to 115. I'm barely 5'3". Which will pop me back in to a healthy BMI. Good luck to everyone!!!
