I'm sick of being fat, time to change

I've finally reached my breaking point and have been trying desperately to turn my life around. I currently weigh 202 lbs at 5'6.

I have been changing my diet completely, which has taken an enormous amount of self control.

I joined so that I could get help with my transformation, and hopefully encourage others with my success.

I note that your BMI is currently 32.6 so losing a bit of weight is a good idea. There will be health gains if you can bring your BMI below 30 - which just needs you to get your weight down to 185 which would be a brilliant initial target for you.

Well done for changing your diet completely. Becoming more active also helps us to control our weight - so you would benefit from incorporating some form of exercise into your new lifestyle. You do not need to join a gym (although it would obviously be great if you did)... there are tons of things that you can do at home... I walk a lot and that really helps me to control my weight... I also do other things nowadays but walking was the main exercise that I used in my big project a few years back...
