I'm short, and need help!

I'm very short. only 5 foot tall exactly. All my weight is in my belly. And I would say i'm between 180-190 lbs at the moment. I want to bike a lot, but I've been reading that biking won't burn much fat (based on inclines and stuff, including heart rate).... But I'm going for it, and my stamina is very good.

I just want to know what to expect.

ALSO MY FACE IS SOOOO FAT ! What will be the first to go when i drop a good deal of weight?
And are there things I can do to help tone my face back up, I'm done with this double chin, and I look like a totally different person with this fat face?

Any tips would be nice. I intend on heavy exercise. I have done a lot of research about fat burning and biking, but any tips would be nice. I'm so beautiful without the weight, and I have many stretch marks on my stomach and boobs now , and arms

should I expect lose fat if i lost a lot of weight. My belly is big, about as far out as my boobs, which are 40DD... I hope i won't have to pursue any surgery or boob reduction, my breasts are too much, and I'm very top heavy!!
 
You should start changing your diet as well if you want to lose weight. Exercise is a great start, but it's ten times more effective when coupled with a healthy diet.
If I were you I'd start out swapping out snacks and the like with fruit and drinking water as a beverage instead of any kind of soda.
 
Eating balance diet and proper exercise are keys to lose weight or be healthy. You just keep yourself motivated to continue doing it and be comfortable.
