Hi I'm RisenTroy and I hope this forum and talking to real people like myself trying to get and stay in shape will help ME get in shape and just feel better about myself and being healthy to live long and fun. My fitness/health story starts here. I'm currently 5"8 165-170 pounds. When I was about 14 I was about 5"3, maybe shorter, and weighed around 180 pounds. Yea I was chubby boy...lol. But over the summer between school years I toughed up and ate less and excersised my butt off and lost 25 pounds. Now that I'm older and smarter nutritionally I realized that diet was extremely unhealthy. I ate one meal a day and it was usually under 600 calories for an entire day and then exercised 45 minutes everyday. I was really eager to lose weight and I did but not the way my body wanted. I gained 15-20lbs back but I was lucky to shoot up in inches a lot along with the weight so it did'nt really show. I have weight-loss dieted on and off for about 2 years losing and gaining weight because I only changed my eating for the diet not my life and I'd always gain back half the weight. Now I'm only about 10 pounds overweight, or somewhere around there. I'd really love to lose about 15 pounds and get into a really steady muscle-toning workout routine and change my eating habits. I pack most of my fat around the belly and "man-boobs" area. I have struggled with this my whole life and I'm ready to really make a change for the better for my health and the ladies! Most people tell me I look really good and have lost so much weight but I have self-image problems and I'd love to get that six-pack and toned muscles and drop 10 or so pounds.
My goal is to lose the 15 pounds by December 1st, or earlier but Im not going to starve myself like before, and keep it off and look good all around.
