I'm ready to take my first step to fitness

Hello all! This is my first forum, and what better forum to join than one that will help improve my health :action11: I have lost about 30 lbs two years ago and have kept it off. It has not been the easiest but I refuse to go back! I have learned a bunch in my journey and have much more to learn, and I am ready! What I am hoping to get out of this forum is to be able to share what I have experienced to help motivate and inform others, and to gain insight off of others experiences. I am so excited to continue on with my journey, and to be able to share it with others that have the same goal as I do. :action8:
 
jogging is most effective tool to loose your weight,because it boosts up your musculer system.and give energy to your body .
