Hello Everyone,
I am ready to drop 30 pounds and be at my goal weight. I lost over 40 pounds two years ago eating right and working out. I have stayed between 153 to 165 this last year.
In Feb/March I really got my butt in gear and was at 153. I was not eating nearly enough to get by and was not dropping the weight I should have been with the exercise regimen I had. In May I found out I have Hypothyroidism (Problem which kept me from losing weight). The last few months have been trying determining the right medicine and dosage to get my body back on track.
I am feeling less fatigued and not craving so many carbohydrates! My goal is to lose 30 pounds in the next 3 to 6 months!! I am so happy to have found this website to help track my weight loss and gets some motivation from others.
I will be blogging my journey through losing the pounds with photos! Stay posted!
