( Sorry if someone already posted this somewhere else, if it was let me know & I will delete it )

I've read alot of books on overeating, but most of them started to bore me after the 2nd chapter. I am now reading "Stop Stuffing Yourself." from Weight Watchers and I find it really interesting! It tells you little stories about other people going through the same thing, and the theories behind overeating. It also tells you 7 steps to conquer it, but I haven't quite gotten there yet. Just reading the little quotations from other people with the same problem made me feel great to know others are going through the same thing. If you're looking for a book on compulsive/overeating I really think you should read this one! I just thought I would share it with you because I find the book so intriguing(sp?)!

eek. I think I should have put this in the "Weight loss in the media" topic, but I figured I would put it here because it has to do with Weight Watchers.

magically moved :)

have you read dr phils book on weight loss? (not that it's done anything for his pudgey self) but his book talks a lot about emotional eating... Once you get his voice out of your head, it's n ot a bad read...
