I have a question. What did you put into your BMR calculator for lifestyle? Did you put "Sedentary", "lightly active", etc? I found that my BMR was overinflated, making me feel like I was failing, but in fact, my BMR was several-hundred calories/ day less than I thought (I was not as active as I thought), so eating 3000 calories/ day, you may actually be breaking even for the week (as evidenced by your weight right now)... I could be wrong, but it's an idea.

There's no guarantee you're going to lose weight from day to day. For starters, try to stick closer to 2500 daily. Also, eat carefully the next couple days and weigh yourself daily. You might be surprised at what you see. Very often you'll weigh a bit more due to water retention or undigested food as often as not.

I think I can see your problem, you still have high calories intake but you could lower it down a bit.
However I can see you make effort to exercise for 6 days a week which is good so no need to change that. I just think you need eat lower calories intake thats all.

yeah i agree with u sherry

however i was an idiot cause of my choosing of the food

i was eating mcdonald's cause i checked there calories in site and thought it all abt the calories.

its either there site is a liar or other foods im eating wich arent very healthy have extra calories i didnt count good.

i didnt focus on healthy food only calories

so the plan now is....IF U WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT DO IT URSELF! ... no more outsider recipes im doing my own food

:p

Step 1 if you're trying to lose weight...

Don't eat fast food.

Hell, don't even CONSIDER eating fast food - at least not for your normal diet. Eat healthy, man. And, don't fill yourself up with 2,500-3,000 calories per day. Cut down on the calories, get rid of the fast food and just make sure to exercise a little bit every day (or at least most days). You'll start to lose weight eventually. And, as someone else said, there's no guarantee that you'll lose weight day-to-day. Sometimes you might not lose weight for 3 days. Or 5 days. Or a week. Or a couple weeks. You can't control how your body reacts to a lifestyle change - give it some time.
