Im now ready :)

Hello, i joined this forum over a year ago wanting to lose weight but i wasnt in the right frame of mind and have failed time and time again:blush5:
But this time im so ready to shed the pounds.
Im female, 5 ft 8 and i weigh 164lbs, my goal weight is 133lbs.
Over the past 4 years ive maintained my current weight but dream of the day when i can walk into a clothes shop and try something on that i actually feel i can look good in.
So whats changed, well for the past year im now actually working, training as a teaching assistant, this is a huge sucsess for me as i havent worked in 7 years due to looking after my autistic son, i never thought i would be able to work again, but hes improved so much that i decided that i needed to do something for me, this has improved my confidence loads.
Ive just joined a gym, last time i went to a gym was 4 years ago and i forgot how much i loved going, last night was my first session and i cant wait to go again tomorrow :) i plan on going 3x a week and ive already started to eat healthier.
I think my main problem with food is that i wasnt eating enough, i would usually skip breakfeast and only have toast for lunch then dinner which wouldnt be a healthy choice, lots of takeaways, well im actually eating breakfeast now and eating alot healthier, no more takeways and lots of fruit and healthy snacks.
