Sorry for the caps.... but I found a way... where im losing about 1-1.5lbs a day. I started this week at 296.8.... today I am 292.1.... Im so excited!!! Ive lost 44lbs so far in 11 weeks!!! I want to be 250... and then I'll set a new goal!! :patriot:
 
I wouldn't reccomend losing any more than 2 pounds a week, anything else is just unhealthy and you'll pile it back on in the long run.

That being said what have you been doing so far? I noticed we started this journey about the same time I think, and so far you've been whopping my arse! lol

Gratz on the weight loss so far, but I'd be weary about exactly how you're going about it.

This applies for the most part to people who are only moderately overweight. It is generally not true of individuals who are extremely so, provided they are not doing anything foolish.

Still, Bdubedube, why not share your process as well as your results? What's worked for you? Also, Congratulations. :D
 
I work on my feet all day cleaning for 8 hours so I burn alot during the day, I eat about 1800 calories or so a day, no juice or pop, only water and 1 glass of milk a day, low fat. Take mulitvitamins & use the treadmill for 30 minutes a night on 3.6 speed, walking. Tomorrow is going to be another story tho, its our 2 year anniversary and were having a candlelight dinner w/ prime rib and ribs...lol... but I only eat bad on average once a month and only gain a lb or so from it.... were going here:

Brilliant, wasn't expecting that! Seems like a great way to stay in shape, congratz on the weight loss so far!!
 
Wow sad to see this was in March 2008 & I am finally past this weight. What a rollercoaster... looking back Im now telling myself I need to beat this. I always look at others that are 400-500lbs telling myself that I still have a chance to beat this thing & I WILL!! Im so motivated this time around! I weighed in this morning at 291! I was 315 AGAIN a month ago so im down almost 25 lbs in a month! I lose an average of 3lbs a week. Mostly from eating low fat meals. Im not watching calories to much, just my fat intake.... I want to be 225 so badly. Havent been there since 7th grade!
