I work on my feet all day cleaning for 8 hours so I burn alot during the day, I eat about 1800 calories or so a day, no juice or pop, only water and 1 glass of milk a day, low fat. Take mulitvitamins & use the treadmill for 30 minutes a night on 3.6 speed, walking. Tomorrow is going to be another story tho, its our 2 year anniversary and were having a candlelight dinner w/ prime rib and ribs...lol... but I only eat bad on average once a month and only gain a lb or so from it.... were going here:
