Sorry if this is posted somewhere, or if it has been asked before...but..
I know the way to lose weight is to exercise, and try to burn more calories than you take in. My question is: How many calories does your body burn naturally a day, not including exercise? I'm sure it is probably based on weight, so is there a calculator anywhere that can tell me this?
I usually try to eat 1200-1500 calories a day. I drink atleast 10 glasses of ice water a day, and my daily routine for exercise is 40 minute walk, 2 miles on the exercise bike, 30 arm lifts on each arm (5lb weights) and however many jumping jacks i can squeeze in (usually 30-80).
