Hey guys,
I'm not sure if I'm dieting correctly...I'm eating 3 square healthy meals, only snacking on fruit and have cut out unhealthy foods...I had one bad day (I tried balancing it out by doing extra workout) because I was out with the lads - BUT I did better than usual by trying to be healthier aka not eating a kebab!
I know it's only been a week but that's a big thing for me, I've never went a day without coke/processed snacks.
I've been doing weight training/exercise bike I haven't lost any weight so far, what do you think should I carry on in the same way for another week and if there is no change I should change food/exercise? I know it's a slow change and it should happen in a week but I'm just a bit
as it's my first time on a real diet not Atkins etc etc etc...
I just don't feel I'm going to loose the weight, it feels like a distant idea because for the 16 years of my life I've been fat.
