I'm not sure how much weight I should lose?

I want to lose some weight. I am a 6 foot tall, 21 year old man, who weighs 191 pounds. What would be a good amount of weight to lose? I don't want to be scrawny but I want to be a good weight for my height and age.

At 6 feet tall you are 183cm
You5 healthy weight range is 68-85kg or 10stone 10 pounds - 13 stone 8 pounds
I think there are 14 or 16 pounds in a stone - can't remember which it is exactly. You do the calculation.
You BMI to be healthy should be less than 25

You can get calulators on the web to work that out.

At the top of the healthy weight range, you may still look and feel a little flabby. At the bottom, you will be very lean but still look good. Aim for the middle to look your best but not skinny.
 
You are basically at the lowest level of being considered "overweight"
You're BMI is 25.9

In order to be within a healthy range all you need is a BMI of 24.9 - 18.5
You're sooooo close!

If you lost approximately 10 pounds you'll be in the healthy range again ^_^
