Hi,
My self and my Wife have recently started to aim to lose weight. We have basically started brisk walking 4 miles a day (a combination of brisk walking, jogging and hill sprints), at least 4 times a week. We eat healthily i.e. plenty of veg / fruit. We have swapped things like normal rice for cauliflower rice etc. I'm consuming approx 1900 calories and my wife is consuming approx 1700 calories. We have calculated very accurately the calories in the food we eat so we know we arent under estimating what we are eating. We have been doing this for 6 weeks now and arent losing weight. (and the trousers arent any looser.)
I wondered if anybody could give any suggestions as to why we are not losing.
Our stats are below:
- Female, 5ft 5 inch, 151lb - (teacher by occupation so relatively light activity during work)
- Male, 5ft 9 inch, 183lb - (Salesman by occupation so relatively light activity during work)
Any comments would be greatly received.
